Non-litagation Collections
National Legal Debt Collection, Inc. collects both disputed and undisputed debts throughout the 50 states as well as around the world. When debts are disputed, we seek to act as mediators. Our goal is to resolve the problem without having to file a lawsuit. Lawsuits raise the client's costs, extend the time needed to collect, and create the possibility of the debtor filing a counterclaim. Early attorney intervention helps to prevent collection matters from escalating into lawsuits. However, sometimes, issues cannot be resolved without filing suit. In such an event, we can commence legal proceedings. However, what is most important to realize about National Legal Debt Collection, Inc.'s collection techniques is that we always seek to preserve (when possible) our clients' relationship with their debtors. Our professional negotiating style results in immediate monies collected, and more importantly allows them to maintain an ongoing business relationship with the debtor. Litagation
National Legal Debt Collection, Inc. hopes to be able to resolve every matter amicably through non-litigation collection techniques. However, there are those situations which require litigation as the only possible recourse. That is where National Legal Debt Collection, Inc.'s ability to file a lawsuit on our clients' behalf becomes so valuable. Whether a given debt is disputed or not, we can file suit in any jurisdiction around the world, and provided that local law is not prohibitive, our fee remains on a purely contingent basis.

Fees
